Volunteers make a difference at the Minnesota State Fair Foundation! Opportunities abound for those looking for fun, unique and interesting volunteer summer and fair-time positions, and we couldn’t do it without you.
Hundreds of volunteers promote the Foundation mission, primarily during the summer months and at the Minnesota State Fair. Small groups and individuals bring a variety of skills and expertise – everything from helping with mailings and rolling posters to staffing Blue Ribbon Bargain Book sales kiosks and providing donor hospitality during the Great Minnesota Get-Together.
Most shifts are 3 to 4.5 hours long, and we’ll show you what to do at training and on-site. Each volunteer receives an admission ticket per shift and a t-shirt.
We have a great group of volunteers already in place and we are looking for more people to assist during the State Fair. If you have the time to give and the commitment to make the Great Minnesota Get-Together even greater, contact us at volunteer@msffoundation.org.
